An old sketch turned into a full illustration. I didn't get to experience the Grand Festival but loved what they did for the idols for the event!

This was a lot harder to do than anticipated. The background was exceptionally difficult and I didn't know how much detail I should add to them. Marie's crown was also hard and I should practice painting matte materials.

Pose was inspired by Fiend Queller Swain artwork. Originally was made for a Smash Bros event I got accepted to table at but wasn't able to go.

This was my second attempt at a greyscale process and while I like the result it was often hard to remember what was what when creating this. The ground texture is something else I need to study more of.

Of course I was going to make artwork of my favorite game ever. This game was everything to me and honestly still is.

There were a lot of characters in this one and getting that dynamic posing I wanted wasn't really achieved, but that's ok! I think the perspective is where I could improve on.

This is one of the artwork pieces I was going to sell at a Smash Bros event but was unable to attend.

I ended up using a fur brush for Lucario and I kind of wished I could've painted it myself but I can always improve on that. Mewtwo was really challenging to render. I have an issue of rendering skin that needs attention in the future.

Artwork I decided to make last minute for the Pokémon Indigo Plateau Card Show in 2025. Zinnia was always a cool character in my eyes and wanted to try drawing her.

I really struggled with the lighting on her skin. It was like a muddy texture for most of the process. The texture on her outfit could use a bit more rendering and Rayquaza was rushed a bit.

When I got accepted to Pokémon Indigo Plateau Card Show I knew I wanted to draw Cynthia! The piano is something my generation of players remember in their core.

Hands, hands, HANDS. They were a big part of the painting and composition but in my eyes they fall flat compare to the Pokémon and her head and hair. Hands are hard to do, I've learned that now.

I wanted to make a skin in Smash Bros and make splash artwork like the process you find Riot Games does for League of Legends.

This was the first time I tried the greyscale painting process. I accidentally was rendering with the opacity lowered for most of the process which is embarrassing AND I forgot the bracelet as in the sketch and in the actual skin itself.

My first ever attempt at making splash art inspired by League of Legends artwork. Fan art of a Smash Bros pro player's version of Ness.

Love how the pants and shoes turned out. Could have tried more on the wings and the background was put together very fast. Need to give more time for the background to make the piece feel more cohesive.
